I just try to stay positive no matter what the problem is. We all make mistakes but please remember mistakes are lessons in life. Smart people accept them, learn from them and move forward. Stupid people make excuses for them and makes the same mistakes over and over again. In life there are times when we feel like we cannot go on. It feels as if we cant get out of bed and put on a happy face. It feels painful in our whole body, we feel beaten and defeated. We feel so hurt that we dont know what we can possibly do to stop the hurt. In these times we look onto others to help us walk again, or at the very least help us crawl.

Many people sit in their pain and feel sorry for themselves, which in turn makes them weaker. Anyone can stay upset, it takes a strong person to get the strength within to pick THEMSELVES up off the ground and live each day. To be so strong and to trust that everything will be okay.

The world does not stop for anyone. There are healthy people out there who choose to still make their own life miserable by potentially making unreachable standards for themselves or by impressing others. There are people who would give anything on the other hand just to be healthy and happy. While the people who are healthy and able torture themselves and make stressors and not important worry.

Life is easy, we make it hard because we believe it cant possibly be that simple. Life is meant to learn about YOU. Life is about lessons, learning, growing, reflecting. Just live it and dont analize or think too much. Act in the moment. Dont plan out your tomorrow because you cannot control that. You can only contol now and how you react to things.

Make yourself happy and do for you. Do not worry about what others may think or how when you do what you do or if it will affect them. Live in the moment and react apon what you are feeling in that time.

The people who love you will accept you, the others can fuck off. You must always be yourself so that people can love you for you. Not for who you pretend to be. Pretending gets tiring. And why would you want people who only know you for what your not?

Sometimes what you think someone is, and what they really are… are completely different. In the positive and negative form. We can only get to know someone as much as they are willing to share.

So in the end all i can say is…

Ditch the diaper do the dance…lets all wear our big kids pants…knees waste celebrate! Do the *clap clap* potty danceeee

Its in times where we feel like we have nothing that we figure out everything.

Sometimes the best thing is to let go. You have no control over anything but your actions. You can’t control others. Do for you. Your state of mind is shown by your surroundings. Take a close look, it all makes sense.

Challenge the impossible, explore beyond your comfort zone, refuse to be limited by bounderies and never settle for less than what you deserve.

Happiness can be found if you free yourself from distractions. ♥ And this is what I must do.

Life is a tragedy for those who feel, and a comedy for those who think.  Be who you are and say what you feel cuz those who mind dont matter and those who matter dont mind! If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish ulterior motives. Do good anyway. If you are successful, you win false friends and true enemies. Succeed anyway.  To forgive is to set a prisoner free and discover that the prisoner was yourself. Hero: MYSELF. I never let myself down, I trust myself, I amaze myself, I prove things to myself all the time and in the end all I will have is myself.  Life is supposed to be lived by the moment and have surprises. If we knew all the answers, what would be the point of living? We’re here to learn and better our souls and if you dont learn your lessons, you will have the same situations brought up, until you do learn ♥ Life is simple, we only choose to make it hard. Situations are only bad if you perceive them to be. You can choose to be homeless and be the most miserable person on earth because of your losses. Or you can choose to be happy because you are thankful you have your health and you are alive. So dont take the good things you do have for granted. Think of it this way. You have a place to live, you have a roof over your head, you have food on the table. Everything is going to be okay. :) Helping to support another body for a couple of months may be a strain on your financial situation. But think of how much of a favor you will be doing to your DH. By just putting a smile on your face, even if you dont want to. He will love you for it. This is just another obsticle thats not going to matter in a year from now, right? So why stress? At the end of 2 months everything will be okay. Focus on yourself and your own goals in the meantime.  - Nicole Life works in its own ways, just TRUST that everything will be okay. Dont get in the way of the universe, it works in mysterious ways. Never tell your problems to anyone. 20% don’t care and the other 80% are glad you have them.

Dwell not on the past. Use it to illustrate a point then leave it behind. Nothing really matters except what you do now in this instant of time. From this moment onwards you can be an entirely different person, filled with love.

Heal your past, love the present, create your future, a space to be.

A mind at peace, a mind centered and not focused on harming others is stronger than any physical force in the universe.

I will remind myself to practice present moment awareness in all my actions. I will refuse to allow obstacles to consume and dissipate the quality of my attention in the present moment. I will accept the present as it is and manifest the future through my deepest, most cherished intentions and desires.

Everyone has an inner guidance system. Take the time to sit still and tap into it and listen. You’ll be amazed. Dont let other people distract you from that by their ways of unhappiness and jealousy. You are here to perfect your soul and empower yourself. You are good enough just the way you are. Dont doubt yourself. Shed that need for approval now. And dont be imprisoned by social conditioning. Live in the moment.
Life is short, don’t waste time worrying about what people think of you. Hold on to the ones that care because in the end they will be the only ones there.

We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. What we think, we become.

We live in illusion and the appearance of things. There is a reality. We are that reality.

Let us rise up and be thankful, for if we didn’t learn a lot today, at least we learned a little, and if we didn’t learn a little, at least we didn’t get sick, and if we got sick, at least we didn’t die; so, let us all be thankful.
